A GOOD READ

Obedience to leadership is mandated in scripture ( Hebrews 13:17). There's a specific call on the life of a leader to guard the souls of those in their care, & leadership will have to give an account for the souls of the sheep that have been assigned to them. Therefore, there is a watchfulness that leaders must have--& when there is a major kickback against their leading, it causes them grief & lessens their spiritual power. If you are leaderless, you are in an exposed place. It is time for us to "Gang up" on the enemy. It is time to understand the power & breakthrough that is available to us collectively--not only when we coalesce as peers, but when we find our place in the leadership structure that God has ordained for us. We must learn to let ourselves be sharpened, & then we can enter a new level of holiness & fear of the Lord. Truth might nip & sting for a season, but it grows freedom in us over the long-term.
